CUSAT 2015 Qualified Students who are aspiring for Admission to B.Tech Engineering, B.Tech Lateral Entry Engineering and Other Programs in Cochin University of Science and Technology CUSAT through CUSAT 2015 Counselling has to attend the CUSAT 2015 ocument Verification / CUSAT 2015 Certificate Verification as per the CUSAT 2015 Counseling Dates and Schedules along with the List of Original Certificates and Documents Required for CUSAT 2015 Counseling.

 List of Certificates / Documents to be Produced at the Time of CUSAT 2015 Counselling / Admission :  

The following certificates/documents in original should be produced the time of counseling/admission.

1. CUSAT CAT – 2015 e-Admit Card (GATE admit card in the case of M Tech)
2. CUSAT 2015 Online Application Registration Confirmation Page.
3. Migration Certificate (for students from Universities outside Kerala state)
4. S.S.L.C/10th Mark list & pass certificate (CBSE, ICSE etc.).
5. Plus 2 Mark lists / and pass certificate (CBSE, ICSE etc.).
6. Original documents to prove Academic Qualifications for Post graduate programmes. In the case of students whose result are not yet published a certificate obtained from the Principal / Head of the institution last studied stating that the candidate has appeared in their final examination and is awaiting result)
7. GATE Score card for M Tech admission.
8. Certificate to prove Kerallite Status.
9. Mark lists of all the 3 years of the Diploma programme(For B Tech Lateral entry)
10. Diploma/Provisional certificate (For B Tech Lateral entry).
11. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended (in English version)
12. Conduct/Character Certificate from the Institution last attended (in English version)
13. Four passport size Photographs of the candidate
14. SEBC candidates belonging to the state of Kerala and who claim communal reservation in their online application, should produce original Community Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the competent revenue authority not below the rank of Village Officer concerned for claiming admission under respective Reservation category.
15. Kerala Scheduled Caste(KSC)/ Kerala Scheduled Tribe(KST) candidates belonging to State of Kerala should produce Community certificate issued by the Tahasildar concerned for claiming admission under respective Reservation category.
16. Candidates who claim OEC status for fee concession should invariably produce OEC certificate issued by the competent revenue authority.
17. Candidates seeking admission under physically challengd (PHC) category should invariably produce a valid Physically Handicapped certificate issued by the District Medical Board of the State to which the candidate belongs.
18. Candidates seeking admission under sports quota should bring all original certificates of their achievements in the respective sports events and the sports eligibility certificate issued by Kerala State Sports Council.
19. If any of the above certificates are not in English/Malayalam, Candidates should invariably produce a translated version of the same in English endorsed by a Notary Public.
20. Two sets of attested copies of all the original certificates/documents mentioned above.
