Documents Required for EAMCET 2014 Certificate Verification – List of Certificate to be Required for EAMCET 2014 Documents Verification – Certificates / Documents to be Submitted at the Time of EAMCET 2014 Certificate / Document Verification 

EAMCET 2014 Certificate Verification Schedule - EAMCET 2014 Document Verification Schedule has been Published by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education. All Students who applied and Appeared for EAMCET 2014 Entrance Test, Qualified in EAMCET 2014 Entrance Test and Waiting for EAMCET 2014 Counselling are hereby informed that the EAMCET 2014 Authorities has Published the EAMCET 2014 Certificate Verification Dates and Schedule along with the List of Original Certificate / Documents List for EAMCET 2014 Certificate Verification at the EAMCET 2014 Helpline Centers.

EAMCET 2014 Qualified Students who aspires to appear for EAMCET 2014 Document Verification / Certificate Verification as per the EAMCET 2014 Certificate Verification Schedule in the EAMCET 2014 Helpline Centers along with Original Certificates and 3 Sets of Xerox Copies of the Documents / Certificates Published below.

List of Documents / Certificate to be Provided by EAMCET 2014 Qualified Students : 

1.  EAMCET 2014 Hall Ticket
2.  EAMCET 2014 Rank Card (Downloaded From Website)
3.  SSC Marks memo
4. Intermediate or Equivalent marks memo
5.  Study / Bonafide Certificate from VI to X Class and Intermediate (10+2)
6.   Income Certificate issued by MRO issued after 01.01.2014 also be submitted (in case the candidate   –   desires to claim fee exemption).
7. Transfer Certificate. 
8. Caste Certificate of SC / ST / BC / Minorities (if applicable) 
9. PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable) 

List of Documents / Certificate to be Provided by PH / CAP / NCC / Sports / Minority Candidates :

1. Physically Handicapped (PH) :-  Certificate issued by District Medical Board— Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
2. Children of Armed forces Personnel (CAP) :- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
3. NCC & Sports :- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.
4. Minorities :- SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
5. Anglo-Indian:-  A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.

All Students who attended the EAMCET 2014 Certification at the Nearest EAMCET 2014 Helpline Centers and the EAMCET 2014 Authority at the EAMCET 2014 Helpline Centers will issue Receipt of Certificates at the EAMCET 2014 Helpline Centers after Completing EAMCET 2014 Document Verification.
