• Rank obtained in GAT (UGTP) 2016.
• Pass in Intermediate or 12th examination from a recognized Central / State Board or its equivalent either in 2016 or 2015 subject to securing the following percentage of marks in specified subjects.

Certificates to be produced at the time of GITAM GAT 2016 Online Counseling :- 

At the Time of GITAM GAT 2016 Online Counselling Students has to attend GITAM GAT 2016 Document Verification. at the time of GITAM GAT Certificate Verification Students has to submit the following Original Documents and 2 Sets of Xerox Copies.

1. GITAM GAT – 2016 Counseling Call Letter.
2. X class or Equivalent pass certificate.
3. 10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate.
4. Provisional Certificate and all marks statements of qualifying examination for admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs.
5. Transfer , Study and Conduct Certificates.
6. Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST
7. Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates
8. Residence Certificate from competent authority (at least for a period of 5 years) for claiming local category (for admissions in Bengaluru campus).
