TJEE Counselling Procedure 2016 – TBJEE Counselling Instructions 2016 – TBJEE Counselling Guidelines 2016 – Tripura JEE 2016 Counselling Process for Admissions

Tripura Joint Entrance Examination Counselling Process with Instructions has been Published. TBJEE 2016 Merit Listed Students who aspires for Admission to B.Tech Engineering and Other Professional Degree Programs offered in Various Colleges in Tripura and Searching for TBJEE 2016 Counselling Procedure are hereby informed that the TJEE Board which Organizes TBJEE 2016 Counselling has Published the Procedure and Guidelines for TBJEE 2016 Counselling along with TBJEE 2016 Counselling Instructions. Students who are interested to appear for TBJEE 2016 Counselling can Read Instructions and Guidelines for TBJEE 2016 Counselling. 

All TBJEE 2016 Merit Listed Students who are Eligible to appear for TBJEE 2016 Counselling are Instructed to appear for TBJEE 2016 Document Verification along with Original Documents Listed below on the TBJEE 2016 Counselling Center in the TBJEE 2016 Counselling Dates Prescribed. Students must note that No Candidate will be considered for TBJEE 2016 Seat Allotment unless he / she appears personally before the Board at the time of TBJEE 2016 Counseling.

TBJEE 2016 Revised Counselling Schedule (PCB & PCM) 

Documents Required for TBJEE 2016 Certificate Verification :- 

Given Below are List of Documents that Should be Submitted at the Time of TBJEE Document Verification

1. ORIGINAL H.S. (+2 STAGE) MARK SHEET along with two attested copies of H.S. Mark sheet,
2. PERMANENT RESIDENCE OF TRIPURA CERTIFICATE (PRTC),
3. TBJEE 2016 ADMIT CARD,
4. TBJEE 2016 MARKS SLIP (to be downloaded from our website) and
5. All other documents (including ST & SC CERTIFICATES) they were required previously to submit with their applications for appearing TJEE-2016.

Some Important Points Regarding TBJEE 2016 Counselling :- 

1. It is to be noted that the selection of Candidates for a particular course to a certain College/University will be subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including the cut-off marks in Tripura Joint Entrance Examination-2016, if any of the respective College/University.
2. There will be no wait list of the candidates at the time of counseling. In successive occasions, fresh counseling will be held as per procedure.
3. No separate TBJEE 2016 Call letter will be issued to any Candidate.
4. If a Candidate is allotted a seat this year or in the past inside or outside the State on the basis of result of Tripura Joint Entrance Examination, he/she will not be considered for allotment of seats unless he/she has surrendered the allotted seat in writing within the specified time to the appropriate authority and produce the necessary proof for that at the time of Counseling.
5. If any candidate wants to surrender his/her allotted seat, then he/she must surrender the seat within 7 (seven) days excluding the date of receiving the seat.
6. Exchange of seats in interdepartmental vacancies of any college or institution will not come in the purview of the TBJEE.
7. After the completion of first round of counseling, TBJEE shall inform the status of the vacant seats along with category and course wise break up to the respective sponsoring Department so that the vacant seats may be distributed during the counseling to be conducted by the sponsoring Departments in subsequent stages.
