List of Certificates to be Produced for Verification at TS EAMCET 2017 Helpline Centers (All Candidates)  :- 

All original certificates and 2 sets of Xerox copies of the following

1. TS EAMCET 2017 Rank Card.
2. TS EAMCET 2017 Hall Ticket.
3. Aadhaar Card.
4. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
5. Intermediate or its equivalent Memo – cum – Pass Certificate.
6. VI to Inter Study Certificates.
7. Transfer Certificate (T.C)
8. Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2017 by competent authority, if applicable.
9. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
10. Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) / National Cadet Crops (NCC) / Sports and Games / Minority certificate, if applicable.
11. Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
12. Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education

NOTE :- During Certificate Verification the candidates Aadhaar details (Finger Print Biometric) shall be verified with UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) at the Help Line Centers. Therefore it is mandatory for the candidate to attend for Certificate Verification.

List of Certificates to be Produced for Verification at TS EAMCET 2017 Helpline Centers (Special Category)  :-

Students who are claiming Seats Under Physically Handicapped (PH), CAP, National Cadet Corp (NCC), Games & Sports, Minorities, Anglo Indian Categories has to Submit the Following Certificates.

Physically Handicapped (PH) : – Students who are claiming Seats under PH Quota has to Submit Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.

Children of Armed forces Personnel (CAP): – Students who are claiming Seats under CAP Quota has to Submit Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under CAP Category

National Cadet Crop & Sports (NCC & Sports) : – Students who are claiming Seats under NCC Quota and Sports Quota has to Submit Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.

Minorities: Students who are claiming Seats under Minority Quota has to Submit SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.

Anglo-Indian: Students who are claiming Seats under Anglo Indian Quota has to Submit Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.
