Students who Were Qualified in JEE Main 2017 Entrance Test, Registered for JoSAA 2017 Counselling, Filled Choices, got JoSAA 2017 Seat Allotment in NITs, IIITs, SFIs and CFIs has to Report at the JoSAA 2017 Reporting Centers in order to Confirm Seat Allotted in JoSAA 2017 Counselling Students who are Searching for List of Documents Required for Students who got Seat Allotment for Reporting at the Allotted Institutes are hereby informed that the Joint Seat Allocation Authority has Published List of Documents Required During Reporting at the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs Reporting Centers 2017. Students who got Seat Allotment has to Report at the JoSAA 2017 Reporting Centers for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs with the Original / Photocopies of Documents and Certificates Published below. After JoSAA 2017 Seat Allotment Students who got JoSAA 2017 Seat Allotment in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs has to Report at any one of the JoSAA 2017 Reporting Centers Designated by Joint Admission Board JAB (any one of the Reporting Centers NITs, IIITs and GFTIS (CFIs & SFIs)). Given below are the List of Documents & Certificates Required at Reporting Center for Seat Acceptance at NITs, IIITs & GFTIs. Students who wishes to Accept the Seat Allotted in Subsequent Rounds of JoSAA 2017 Counselling has to Bring the following set of ORIGINAL documents, wherever applicable, and a sets of self-attested photocopies to the JoSAA 2017 Reporting Centre. After Completing verification Process, photocopies will be retained by the reporting centre and the original documents will be returned to the Applicant.

List of Documents / Certificates Required at JoSAA 2017 Reporting Center for Acceptance of Seat At NITs, IIITs & GFTIs :

Students must Arrange the documents List in the order given below Before Reporting to the Authority at the JoSAA 2017 Reporting Center.

1. Three passport size photographs identical to the one uploaded during JEE (Main) 2017 registration
2. Class XII performance check [format given in Annexure 7(b) of JoSAA Business rules]
3. JoSAA 2017 Provisional seat allotment letter
4. Undertaking by the candidate [format given in Annexure 9 of JoSAA Business rules]
5. Proof of seat acceptance fee payment by e-challan or internet banking of SBI [For
   SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 20,000/- For others: Rs. 45,000/-]
6. Photo identity card [issued by govt. agency/last attended school/Class XII admit card]
7. JEE (Main) 2017 Admit Card
8. JEE (Main) 2017 Score card [downloaded from JEE (Main) portal]
9. Date of birth proof [Class X marks sheet]
10. Class XII (or equivalent) board marks sheet. If available, pass certificate
    • “State code of eligibility” is determined using qualifying examination certificate.
    • Indian nationals who passed the qualifying examination from Nepal/Bhutan or an institution abroad must bring passport. Permanent address given in the passport will determine state code.
    • The candidates having Senior Secondary Certificate from the National Open School must bring the proof of place of examination center of the final examination to determine the state code.
11. Medical certificate [format given in Annexure 8 of JoSAA Business rules]
12. Category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST), if applicable [format given]

    • The OBC-NCL certificate should be dated on or after April 1, 2017. The certificate should clearly mention that the candidate belongs to non-creamy layer and the caste of the candidate must be in the state-wise central list of OBCs given at http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
13. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable. The certificate will be rejected if the
    disability is less than 40%.
14. OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable
15. Registration-cum-locked choices for JoSAA 2017 Seat Allotment.
