Given below are the List of Original and Xerox Copies of Documents that Should be take along with the Seat Allotted Students for Verification at the JoSAA 2016 Reporting Center. Before Attending JoSAA 2016 Document Verification has to arrange Documents List in the order given below.

1. Three passport size photographs identical to the one uploaded during JEE (Main) 2016 registration
2. Class XII performance check [format given]
3. JoSSA 2016 Provisional seat allotment letter
4. Undertaking by the candidate [format given]
5. Proof of seat acceptance fee payment by e-challan or internet banking of SBI [For SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 20,000/- For others: Rs. 45,000/-]
6. Photo identity card [issued by govt. agency/last attended school/Class XII admit card]
7. Original admit card of JEE (Main) 2016
8. Score card of JEE (Main) 2016 [downloaded from JEE (Main) portal]
9. Date of birth proof [Class X marks sheet or any other similar certificate]
10. Class XII (or equivalent) board marks sheet. If available, pass certificate
    • State code of eligibility is determined using qualifying examination certificate
    • Indian nationals who passed the qualifying examination from Nepal/Bhutan or an institution
      abroad must bring passport. Permanent address given in the passport will determine state code.
    • The candidates having Senior Secondary Certificate from the National Open School must bring
      the proof of place of examination center of the final examination to determine the state code
11. Medical certificate [format given]
12. Category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST), if applicable [format given]

    • The OBC-NCL certificate should be dated on or after April 1, 2015. The certificate should clearly mention that the candidate belongs to non-creamy layer and the caste of the candidate must be in the state-wise central list of OBCs given at http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
13. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable [format given]
    • The certificate will be rejected if the disability is less than 40%
14. OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable
